Refund policy

Return window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Return cost: A restocking fee of 150 EGP applies to returns of undamaged items (change of mind, wrong size, no longer needed). The fee is deducted from your refund. Returns are free with no fee at all if the item arrived defective, damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item. Once your return is approved we send you a return shipping label.

How to start a return: Contact us at coffeegamerstore@gmail.com or on +20 105 003 6854. We will send you a return label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are inspected at our warehouse before being refunded.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Custom and personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period: If the merchandise is being shipped, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method or the chosen one within 7 business days from receiving the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
