1. Who is Coffee Gamer Store?

An Egyptian manufacturer and retailer of gaming setup hardware, based in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt, and shipping across the country. We are gamers building setups for gamers.

2. Do you make your own products?

Yes for the core system: MDF pegboards plus 3D-printed hooks, holders, shelves, figures and organisers. RGB lighting, monitor arms and speakers are sourced. Everything mounts to the same 56 × 76 cm standard.

4. Is Coffee Gamer Store a coffee shop?

No. The name comes from the late-night gaming sessions and coffee our team started with.

5. How many customers have you served?

Over 5,000 gamers across Egypt, and our customers rate us 4.9 out of 5.

6. Why buy from you instead of a marketplace seller?

2. Ordering and payment

7. How do I place an order?

Add items to the cart and check out. If you want a plan first, send a photo of your wall and your budget on WhatsApp and we will tell you what fits.

8. Which payment methods do you accept?

Cash on delivery (COD), and online payment by card, mobile wallet or installments through Kashier. The options are shown at checkout.

9. Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the courier when your order arrives.

10. Is there a discount for buying more than one item?

Yes. Adding two or more items to one order unlocks a bundle discount, so building the wall in one go costs less than buying piece by piece.

11. Do you have a welcome offer for new customers?

New visitors can get a welcome offer through the pop-up on the site. The terms are shown in the pop-up.

12. Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible by WhatsApp or phone. Changes and cancellations are only possible before the order is dispatched.

13. Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes, you receive a confirmation after checkout, and you can message us on WhatsApp at any time for status.

We use your details to process, deliver and support your order. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

3. Shipping and delivery

15. What delivery methods do you offer, how long do they take and what do they cost?

Delivery time and cost depend on your governorate and the method you choose. Delivery days are business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays). Prices are in EGP.

16. Is shipping free?

Yes on orders of 2,800 EGP or more for Fast & Safe and Standard shipping (Same Day Delivery is always charged). Below that, you see the exact cost at checkout before you pay. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is placed.

17. Do you ship to every governorate?

We deliver across Egypt. If your governorate does not appear at checkout, message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.

18. Can I get same-day delivery?

Yes, in Cairo, Giza, 6th of October and Helwan for 500 EGP, and in Al Sharqia, Dakahlia, Gharbia, Ismailia, Monufia and Qalyubia for 1,000 EGP. It appears at checkout when it applies to your address.

19. How do I track my order?

Send your order number on WhatsApp and we will tell you where it is.

20. Do custom or made-to-order items take longer?

Yes. Nano Lines are custom-made, so allow extra time beyond the standard window. We confirm the date on WhatsApp.

21. What if I am not home when the courier arrives?

Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange a new delivery time with the courier.

22. Will my pegboard arrive undamaged?

Boards and accessories are packed for transport. Please inspect your order on arrival, and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective or wrong.

4. Returns, refunds and warranty

23. What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return, for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the condition you received it, and you need proof of purchase. A 200 EGP restocking fee is deducted from the refund for change-of-mind returns. Contact us first: returns sent without a request are not accepted.

24. What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

Contact us right away on WhatsApp or by email with photos. Returns are free, with no fee, when the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, and we send you a return label.

25. How long is the warranty?

6 months against manufacturing defects.

26. What does the warranty not cover?

Damage from misuse, overloading, improper installation or inadequate adhesives.

27. How do I make a warranty claim?

Send your order number and photos of the defect on WhatsApp, and we take it from there.

28. How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect the return, an approved refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take extra time to post it. Shipping fees are not refunded.

29. Can I return custom-made items?

No. Custom and personalised products, including special orders and Nano Lines made to order, cannot be returned. Ask us before you order if you are unsure.

30. Can I exchange for another colour or size?

The fastest way is to return the item (within 14 days) and place a separate order for the new one once the return is accepted.

5. Installation and compatibility

31. How do I mount a pegboard?

Four corner screws, fixings included. It takes about 15 minutes with a basic drill, and the board arrives ready to hang.

32. Can I mount without drilling?

On smooth painted walls or glazed tiles, yes: use heavy-duty adhesive strips or construction adhesive and let it cure 24 to 48 hours before loading. Drill instead if the total load is over 10 kg or the wall is textured, wallpapered, humid, brick or concrete. See the no-drill installation guide.

34. Which board should I buy?

Take 56 × 76 for a clear wall above your desk that you will keep adding to. Take 56 × 36 for a narrow wall, beside a monitor, or to try the system first. More in pegboard sizes and prices.

35. Do all accessories fit all boards?

Yes. Every hook, shelf and holder we make uses the same hole pattern, on both board sizes.

36. How much weight can the board hold?

The board itself weighs about 1.5 to 2 kg. For no-drill mounting keep the total under 10 kg including accessories. For drilled mounting it depends on your wall and anchors.

37. Do you install setups for me?

Yes, in Cairo and Giza. The paid setup installation service (4,500 EGP) includes consultation, a layout plan, installation of the accessories and cable management. Transportation is not included.

38. What tools do I need?

A basic drill and a spirit level. Screws and wall plugs are included in the box.

39. I rent my place. What are my options?

Use the no-drill method on a suitable wall, or lightweight 3D foam panels with mounting tape. Both are removable.

6. RGB lighting, panels and setups

40. What is the difference between RGB and RGB-IC?

RGB shows one colour at a time and uses a remote. RGB-IC has a chip per segment, so it shows many colours at once, runs animations and reacts to music, controlled from a phone app.

41. Which RGB light is right for my wall?

Strips (from 620 EGP) wash a surface with colour. Tubes (from 690) give a hard line for camera framing. Smart neon (1,400) bends into shapes. Nano Lines (from 1,900) make a custom feature wall. Panels and screen backlights start at 4,000. See the RGB lighting guide.

42. How much RGB does one room need?

Usually one wall light and one desk light. Several competing products look cluttered.

43. Does RGB work with Alexa or Google Home?

The Smart Neon RGB-IC kit does. App-controlled strips and Nano Lines use their own app, and the 16-colour remote versions are remote only.

44. How do Nano Lines work?

Aluminium lines you bend into your own design and reshape later, controlled from the iOS or Android app and mounted with tape or hot glue. On the 16-colour version the colour changes across the whole design; the 16-million-colour version colours each line separately.

45. Does the light kit include everything I need?

Nano Lines come with the adapter, controller and accessory kit. Check each product page for what is in the box.

46. What do your setup bundles include?

Complete gaming and work-station setups from 7,000 to 12,800 EGP. The contents are listed on each bundle page.

47. Tell me about your wall panels.

3D foam panels (50 × 50 cm, black or white) are light and easy to place, and wood slat acoustic panels add sound control. Prices run from 210 to 1,680 EGP. See wall panels.
