🔩 Mounting — please read before ordering

This board is fixed to the wall with screws, so you will need to drill.

• 4 holes are drilled into the wall, one at each corner of the board.
• The screws and wall plugs are included in the box — you only need a drill.
• Works on brick, concrete and plasterboard walls.
• It takes about 15 minutes: mark the four points, drill, insert the plugs, screw the board on.

The board mounts flush to the wall — it does not lean or stand on a desk, and it is not adhesive-mounted.

🧩 Which option should I choose?

Pick your board, then decide whether you want the accessories kit, the lighting, or both.

• Board only — the pegboard and its mounting hardware. Add hooks and shelves later whenever you want.
• + White accessories kit — adds a headset holder, a large shelf, a cup shelf and a keyboard holder. This is the setup shown in most of our photos.
• + RGB lighting — a light strip behind the board that washes the wall with colour. Two versions:
  • RGB — 16 colours, remote control: 16 preset colours, changed with the included remote. The whole board lights in one colour at a time.
  • RGB-IC — application controller: controlled from your phone, with a far wider colour range and animated effects.

⚠️ The accessories kit is white. If you want a different colour, order the kit separately.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are processed and delivered within 2 to 6 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within Egypt and order volume.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery governorate and area. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase, so you always know the total upfront.

We recommend reaching out promptly for the best chance to modify or cancel your order before it is dispatched.

Return window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Return cost: A restocking fee of 150 EGP applies to returns of undamaged items (change of mind, wrong size, no longer needed). The fee is deducted from your refund. Returns are free with no fee at all if the item arrived defective, damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item. Once your return is approved we send you a return shipping label.

How to start a return: Contact us at coffeegamerstore@gmail.com or on +20 105 003 6854. We will send you a return label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are inspected at our warehouse before being refunded.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: Custom and personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items) and gift cards cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cooling-off period: If the merchandise is being shipped, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the proof of purchase.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method or the chosen one within 7 business days from receiving the item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
